About Us

Greentree Composites, LLC was created in 1999 to meet market demand for new composite products. The new Company was a compliment to its affiliate companies' two sawmills and three pressure treated lumber plants. Green Tree Composites™ initially offered a composite railing coated in white PVC and gray composite decking that was marketed under the name Monarch^®.

As the calendar changes, so do consumer interests and requirements. Today, the Monarch brand continues to lead the industry with innovative products that are easy to install and have the look and feel of natural hardwoods. Monarch has grown quickly from its early days, building the company’s foundation on the understanding while taste and design change, the need for innovation and quality products do not. For virtually every home’s outdoor space, there is a Monarch product.
